It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion for spreading the love of Jesus through puppetry and engaging content. I'm not known for talking in public to much, but I love to sing.

This is Balto.  He is Stanley pet dog.  He is very friendly and love to play fetch.  He goes crazy whenever any of the Airbud movies are put on.

Blue Bird

This is everybody's favorite parrot.  He goes by the name Blue Bird because no one could come up with a better name for him.

Meet Our Team

Dale Brown

Founder

My name is Dale Brown.

I am no one special in and of myself.

I am special only by the blood of Jesus Christ who loved me enough to die on the cross for me.

I was blessed with a loving mom who passed in 2019. She always held me and my brother up, constantly, in prayer.

I love to tell children’s stories. Not just Bible stories, but also true to life stories with a lesson at the end. This was something I learned from watching my mom in action. I also love to write poems/songs, stories, plays/skits and puppet scripts.

I love wise sayings from Proverbs. Two of my favorites are: Proverbs 13:20 – “He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed.” and Proverbs 15:1 – “A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.”

I also love the Psalms, particularly Psalm 23 and Psalm 91 (which was also one of my mom’s favorite). She always read Psalm 91 every night before she left for work at the nursing home & later as a patient sitter at Franklin Square Hospital. This has become one of my most favorite Psalms because of that.

Bert Brown Jr.

My older brother, Bert, is Co-founder of H. N. O.

Even though his isn't active in manipulating the puppets right now, he still has some good ideas for some of the presentations that are done by this company. 

One of his hobbies is writing stories and every now and the he will write a script for the ministry. 

Vernell Brown

Mother and Supporter

Vernell Brown is our mom.

She passed on March 2, 2019

(as shown above).

She always held my brother and me in constant prayer.

She supported our ministry from it's very beginning and was the main part of making the puppets that we have for our ministry today.

That's right, we made all the human puppets you see above and they have sentimental value to me because she is no longer with us.

The bird puppet was bought and the dog puppet is actually a stuffed animal with rods attached (done by Dale Brown).

You were always there,

When I needed a hug

or a listening ear.

 

I miss you mom

and all the things we’d do.

Taking walks in the park,

or spending time at the zoo.

 

I miss your voice as you read us stories.

I miss your laugh as we watched Anne.

You taught me a lot about life,

and how to stand up and be a man.

 

We look forward to that day

when we will see you once again.

That wonderful day with Jesus

when life will be without end.
